"The hotel only had 1 ice machine and nobody seemed to know where it was! Found it on the first floor but had to go through 2 buildings to get to it. Sodas and waters are very $$$ definitely recommend bringing an ice chest with your own bottled water & sodas or alcohol whatever you prefer. The room trash bins were very small. Also good idea to bring your own snacks the hotel is located on shelter island and everything..."

"Overall it’s a nice hotel and located in a quiet part of San Diego. It’s about a 20 minute drive to pretty much most of the major sites of the city. If you are looking for a hotel where you can quickly walk to restaurants/shops/etc, this isn’t the hotel for you. Rooms are a bit tight but are clean and beds are comfortable. The biggest downside is the bathrooms which I think need to be completely redone. They are big,..."
